Returns Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of the original order date. To be eligible for a return:

-The product must be unused or in like-new condition

-All original packaging, accessories, and included components must be returned

- The return must be approved by our support team prior to shipment

Products returned in damaged condition, missing accessories, or showing signs of use may not qualify for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, customers must contact the Gluview support team to request approval and receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience.
