Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase of the Gluview Glucose Projector. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the terms outlined below.


Returns Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of the original order date. To qualify for a return:

- The product must be unused or in like-new condition, including the screen protector remaining in place.

- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components must be included with the return.

- The return must be approved by our support team prior to shipment.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a returned item shows undisclosed wear and tear or is missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or other included components, Gluview reserves the right to apply a 30% restocking and condition fee based on the original unit price. Items returned in damaged condition, with significant signs of use, or with major missing components may be denied a refund.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, customers must contact the Gluview support team to request approval and receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Refund Process

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns team to ensure it meets eligibility requirements.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of inspection

- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you have a defective item, please contact our support team, as some exceptions may be made on a case-by-case scenario. The original defective item will need to be returned in it's original condition with the original packaging and included accessories prior to exchange unit being shipped. 

If your item is functional and you would like a replacement item, please complete a return for your original order and place a new order separately.
