My Story
Hello, My name is John. I am a Type 1 Diabetic who has been on a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) for years. I have always slept with a clock projector that displays the time on my ceiling above my bed so that I would know the time when I toss and turn. Due to my frequent hypoglycemia episodes, I have always been concerned about my nighttime lows. One morning I woke up at 3:00 a.m. and thought to myself, “I wish I could see my glucose reading on the ceiling along with the time!” That morning I mentioned the concept to my wife and began googling to purchase such an item, only to find that a glucose projector does not exist. Thus, my journey began to bring my idea to life to help me and all CGM users follow their glucose reading all night long with the ” Blink of an Eye!”

real-time CGM data.
Note that the Gluview Glucose Projector pulls data directly over Wi-Fi through an ongoing cloud relay through the Dexcom Share app or Libre LinkUp app. The T1D's sensor must remain connected to their CGM app for data to flow through (usually within 30 feet).

No. The Glucose Projector is meant to complement your CGM by making your data easier to see, especially at night. You should still follow your usual monitoring routine.
